How to - Connect to VPN
1. Go to the browser and access the following page.
2. Scan the QR Code on the VPN portal with your phone using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
(It will add your Microsoft Authenticator application entry: Sophos SFOS.)
Click on Proceed to Login on your laptop – there is no need to sign in again.
3. Remove your existing VPN configuration from Sophos Connect
4. Import the new configuration provided by IT Support to Sophos Connect
Filename: CalgaryClientConnect (File can be downloaded at the bottom of the KB Article)
5. Click on connect on your Sophos Connect, type your AD username (without @hockeycanada.ca), and password + the OTP code from your Authenticator Application.
Resolution Details: VPN is connected. Network resources will be accessible.
