Report Spam Email to IT Support

When user gets the email and if the email is suspicious, please do not click on any of the links or attachments within the link.

We have enabled a Report Message add-in within outlook to report those messages to IT Support.

How to use Report Message add-in

Report Message add-in is in the Outlook ribbon
When user get any suspicious email, they have an option to report the message as junk, phishing or not junk

When you receive the spam/suspicious email, please use the report message add-in to and select as Phishing. It will submit the report to IT Support mailbox and our team member will take care of it.
