Clinic Attendee Fees


If you have fees to charge to the attendees for attending the clinic, you can add them by clicking on the "Add" button beside the "Attendance Fees" header. 



This will bring you to the "Attendance Fees" screen. Click on the name of an existing Fee to add it as an attendance fee, or click on "Create New Clinic Fee" under "Clinic Fees" to get redirected to a new page where you can create a new fee. To create an attendance fee be sure to change the fee type from clinic fee to attendance fee.



Clinic Hosting Fees


If there are fees to host the clinic, you can add them by clicking on the "Add" button in the "Clinic Hosting Fees" header. These are fees that are charged to the Office hosting the clinic. They are NOT fees charged to the Attendees.



This will bring you to the "Clinic Fees" screen. Click the checkbox for an existing Fee then click on “Add” at the bottom, or click on "Create New Clinic Fee" under "Clinic Fees" to get redirected to a new page where you can create a new fee.
