This will bring you to the page where you can add a new Team CRC Rule. You may choose the Division, Position, and select all, none, or individual Categories. For example, if your rule is for the Adult division, all Categories, and the Coach position, this means that when a participant is added to a team in the Adult division in any category as a Coach, the rule will trigger.

The Enforced checkbox will determine how to handle the rule.
  • If left unchecked, and the participant attempting to be added to the roster does not have a valid CRC, the user will get a warning message that they can acknowledge and continue to place him/her to on the team.
  • If checked, when attempting to add that same participant, they will get an error message and the participant cannot be added to the team.
*For more information about warning and error messages while rostering participants to a team, please see the Adding Participants to a Team article.

Once a Team CRC rule has been added, it will appear in the list of the rules for that office where you can choose to Edit or Delete. It immediately becomes effective on all teams in and under that office in the specified division and categories and will apply whenever a participant is being added to those teams in the specified position. There is no need to configure individual teams.

*If ANY team rule is configured on offices under the one you are currently configuring, those rules in that child office will supersede ALL of the rules configured on higher offices in the office chain.
