You have the option of receiving email notifications when a participant successfully registers through Online Registration. This is a per-package setting so you can choose to receive notifications for certain packages and not for others.
You have the choice of receiving two types of email notifications:
- New Registrant Notice: a participant that did not exist in the HCR in the past
- Returning Registrant Notice: an existing participant in the HCR anywhere. It's important to note that this does not refer to a participant that is returning specifically to your association.
You can select both, if you wish.
NOTE: The email notifications are sent to the email address that you have specified in your HCR Options.
Click on "Save" at the bottom of the Edit Package page to save your settings.
