There is a functionality in the HCR that a user with the roles required can view the accounts that parents log in with to register their children.
Online Registration User Accounts
To access the parent/guardian accounts that are used to register children, follow these steps:
- Click on the Admin icon
- Click on Online Registration User Accounts
You should then find yourself viewing all users that have registered participants using Online Registration for any offices that you have access to. You will see the email address, last name, first name, and Open, to view the user's information in detail.

Assigning a Temporary Password
- Click on My Account near the top right of the screen.
- Click on Change My Email Address if their email requires updating.
- Click on Change My Password if you provided them with a temporary password.
